HS Automation supplies and installs industrial automation equipment for bagging, palletizing, and grain and seed processing lines across North America.  We are the exclusive Canadian distributor for TMI bagging and palletizing equipment, Canada’s largest authorized distributor of Fischbein (an nVenia brand) bag closers, an authorized distributor of Fuji Robotics palletizing systems, and a family-run company with more than 100 combined years of experience designing production equipment.  Our systems handle bag sizes from 1 KG to 50 KG and throughput rates from a few pounds per hour to several tons per minute, serving manufacturers and processors of flour, sugar, soybeans, wheat, rice, pet food, fertilizer, cement, and other bulk and bagged products.

How We Build Your System

We don’t start a project by handing customers an equipment list — we start by understanding what they’re actually trying to solve. Before we spec a single machine, we look at the product being bagged, the bag style and material, current and target throughput, the physical layout of the facility, and where the line is likely to grow in the next few years.  That conversation shapes everything that follows.

From there, we design a system around those specifics rather than fitting the customer into a standard package.  Sometimes that means a single piece of equipment added to an existing line — a bag closer replacing a worn-out unit, or a palletizing cell added to the end of a manual operation.  Other times it means a complete, integrated system engineered from the ground up: filling, closing, conveying, and palletizing designed to work together as one line instead of a series of separate machines. Either way, the goal is the same — equipment that’s sized and configured for how the customer actually runs their operation, not a generic solution they have to adapt to.

That same approach carries through installation and beyond, with our team providing ongoing parts and technical support so a system stays running the way it was designed to.
