Color Sorting

Description

LMC’s VistaSort provides the most advanced colour sorting in the industry. Using LED lighting systems and an optimized optical system, the VistaSort has reached new levels of precision.

The human interface is easy to use and provides multilingual support.

​In pulse crops, such as lentils, beans, and peas, the VistaSort will remove foreign material (sticks, debris, stones), color defects (caused by disease, immaturity or moisture damage), splits, and undecorticated seed.

​In cereal grains the sorter will remove all types of contaminants (sticks, hulls, stones), ergot, foreign material (i.e. wild oats), discoloured seeds, as well as immature and diseased kernels.
